Ana Goedbloed - Massage Therapist
Ana_edited.jpg

Ana Goedbloed is a licensed Medical Massage Therapist, with a specialization in lymphatic therapy.

She is a licensed practitioner and trained in The Netherlands and Ireland. In her work, she most focuses on: chronic pain relief, injury healing, deep relaxation, immunity, hormonal balance, pregnancy, and postpartum.

For many years, she facilitated (in two physiotherapy clinics and her private practice in The Netherlands), clients’ rehabilitation with customized massage treatments. She helped clients recover  - or alleviate their symptoms -, with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, cerebral palsy, severe stress, anxiety, (sports)injuries, pain/scar tissue numbness and sensitivity due to surgery (e.g. C-section, joint replacement). Her passion is to help others feel deep relaxation, regain confidence in their body’s recovery, and build resilience.

As a women’s health advocate, Ana highlights that there is often a lack of, and need for, deep nurture and loving care for new mamas transitioning into motherhood. Her pre-and postnatal massage treatments not only help alleviate symptoms such as water retention, back-shoulder-neck pain, tensed legs, and anxiety. They also help promote healing of the postpartum body, and prevent and ease postnatal depression by supporting the new mama transitioning into motherhood.

Ana lives and works in Malta and works in the Gozo Acupuncture centre on Saturdays.  Other days also available by an appointment request.
